The pensions team comprises 13 people and provides a service to around 24,000 members.

We handle the day to day running of the company's UK pension arrangements on behalf of Cable & Wireless Pension Trustee Limited. As well as paying benefits to our members when they retire, we deal with enquiries from people at every stage of their careers: anything from transferring benefits to explaining options on leaving.

As part of our commitment to helping members plan their futures, we arrange visits to business units around the UK, provide retirement planning seminars and run a pensioner's association.
